Love the Fallout touch! It's from a book with posters from Fallout 4 (ISBN 978-1506705125). Got it when the game came out, not sure how easy it is to find it today.
LEGO Saturn V on the shelf does not have all the 1969 pieces after two moves though. The bookshelf is Porter Mid Century Modern 3 Shelf Bookcase.
Poang chair cushion is alright for around 2h of sitting, which is fine for someone who can't read for more than that.
