House with waterfall running beneath it

My parents have owned it 15 years. It was built in the 1960’s by a man who owned a lumber company. Not surprisingly there are incredible wood floors and wood features throughout the house including the basement which has cypress walls. I’ve been told cypress is now illegal to sell in the U.S. so its pretty unique.
