squeakyletuce: So here is the Minim House. To be honest I’m quite jealous of the person that designed it, as its definitely something I’ve been trying to do for a while on and off. So what do you guys think? Would you live in it? Is it any good? This cost about $30 000. Its around 210ft².  I don’t like everything about this house though, personally I would trade in the front door and windows for full floor to ceiling sliding doors(like skyframe). I’d trade in those bench things for a nice actual sofa, though the table seems interesting. Also I’d make sure I have a closet(so far I don’t see one) and would even trade the book case/shelves for a closet, as I can get by with the library and eBook reader/apps. The bathroom is a wet bathroom(the entire bathroom is the “shower” though in this case the toilet and the outlets are kept dry with a shower curtain on that side). I would personally have put in a bigger mirror and maybe even gotten rid of the bathroom sink, as the kitchen sink would suffice for all of your sink related needs.
